During the visit to the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), the delegation actively promoted university-enterprise collaboration and inter-institutional cooperation, leveraging the university’s distinctive strengths in the integrated field of finance, economics, and law. Zara, Head of International Affairs at ISCA, and Wendy, Head of China Operations, respectively introduced the association’s global strategy and the SCAQ certification system. The delegation proposed collaborative pathways including mutual recognition of academic programs, co-building a “Global Talent Study and Practice Program” and establishing a green channel for corporate internships. Both parties reached cooperative intentions on aligning professional certifications, jointly establishing internship bases, and appointing external mentors, aiming to jointly construct an internationalized practical teaching system oriented toward industry needs.

During the visit, the delegation successfully held the ZUEL Overseas Young Talent Forum - Singapore Special Recruitment Fair at the National University of Singapore (NUS), attracting nearly 50 doctoral students and young scholars from NUS, Nanyang Technological University and other universities. The recruitment fair, combined with policy presentations and “one-on-one” negotiations, has initially established a batch of high-quality overseas talent profiles, expanding the channels for the university’s overseas talent introduction efforts.

The delegation has comprehensively expanded the university’s cooperation network in Singapore, injecting new momentum to enhance the university’s international influence and competitiveness. In the future, the university will continue to promote the implementation of the visit results, constantly optimize the discipline layout and talent training system, and help the university’s “high-quality development” and “educational internationalization” strategy move to a higher level.
